Received  Forderverein grant to present research on "Pharmacoeconomic evaluation of essential antibiotics over a decade: A comprehensive analysis" and "Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on routine adult immunization in India" at the 34th European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ECCMID 2024) in Barcelona, Spain, from April 27th to 30th, 2024.

Won the first and second prizes in the Cartoon Drawing Competition at the 1st International Clinical Pharmacy Conclave 2023, hosted by Amrita University's School of Pharmacy on November 15th and 16th in Cochin.

Ms Sapna M Jain has won the essay competition conducted by IPGA,2023 Tamilnadu.

Santhosh Kumar,  VI PharmD intern, secured the first prize in Pharmacy presentations at the FOM conference organized by TNMGR Medical University.

John Felix, PharmD Intern, achieved 3rd place in the poster presentation at the 2nd International Congress on Infectious Disease and Clinical Pharmacy (ID Congress 2024) held at IQRAA International Hospital and Research Centre in Kozhikode, Kerala.

Mr. M. Sunil Kumar, a 1st year MPharm Pharmaceutical Analysis student, won the Best Oral Presentation Award and cash prize at the National Paramedical Conference on Oncology (NPC-ONCO 24) at Mohamed Sathak A J Academy of Architecture, Chennai, on June 29, 2024.

Students from C.L. Baid Metha College of Pharmacy secured a total of 5 prizes during the Two-Day International Conference on “Global Aspects of Pharmaceutical Care – The Present & Future Trends” (ICGAPC-2024). Competing against 27 colleges and 6 departments they earned First, Second, and Third prizes in various categories.

It's a fantastic achievement, and the theme "Global Scenario of Drug Design, Discovery, and Pharmaceutical Technology Development" organized by Vels Institute of Science and Technology in association with the Association of Pharmacy Professionals (APP) Tamil Nadu is so relevant and impactful. We are proud to share that Ms. Dharshini. I, Final Year B.Pharm (2021–2025 Batch), has successfully completed her Observership at the Wellcome Trust Research Laboratory, Christian Medical College, Vellore, under the guidance of Prof. Sitara S. R. Ajjampur.

This prestigious fellowship was awarded by the Indian Academy of Sciences (Bengaluru) and was carried out from 01/05/2025 to 26/06/2025 in the Department of Parasitology.

Our IV Pharm D student, Blessy, has made us proud by securing 1st Place 🥇 in the Poster Presentation at C.O.D.E 2025, organized by Gleneagles Hospital, Chennai on 24th August 2025.
